Gerda Wegener a Danish illustrator, born in 1889, had a keen eye for female form and in her time she became well known for her orgy participations, sexual extremities and her decadent lifestyle. Her images however, highly erotic as they are, seem to remind us of the children's books she must have read as the daughter of a preacher.
